Q. Is my credit card safe?
A. In a word – yes. When you transmit your credit card number and other personal
information to Blaze Audio, it will be encrypted using industry-standard SSL technology
which will prevent any unauthorized parties from reading this data. Only Blaze Audio
will be able to decode your data and use it to process your order. You can verify Blaze
Audio's SSL Certificate by clicking on the "Thawte Authentic Site" button to the right (you
must have JavaScript enabled).
We use Verisign, the world's leading provider of Internet payment technologies, to
verify and bill credit cards. All transactions between Blaze Audio and Verisign are
heavily encrypted and cannot be read by any third parties. Your credit card will be
verified in a matter of seconds and you will be able to immediately download your new

Finally, we never store your credit card number on our web server. In fact, no human
being at Blaze Audio will ever see your card number – it is sent directly to Verisign for
authorization. In this sense, placing an online order with our company is much safer than
most mail-order purchases, where you must give your credit card number to an unknown
company employee.

Q.What personal information do you keep?
A. As mentioned above, we do not keep a copy of your credit card number. We will only
store your name, address, e-mail address, and other order-related information in our order
database. This database allows us to keep track of our customers and to let you download
your software again, should you need to do so in the future (see "Will I be able to
download my order again in the future?", below).
Q. What is your Privacy Policy? Will you rent or sell my name to anyone?
We will not give your personal information to anyone outside of Blaze Audio. You can
read our privacy policy here.
Q. What about tax and shipping?
Blaze Audio is based in Washington State and must charge sales tax for all Washington
State orders. This tax will be calculated automatically and displayed during the checkout
process. There is no sales tax for any other states or countries.
When you purchase software online at Blaze Audio, you will receive your software via a
direct download over the internet and there will be no shipping charges. If you would like
to receive your software on a CD in the mail, please see "Can I have my order mailed to
me?", below.

Q. How much do your products cost in my own currency?
All of our prices are in US dollars. If you are paying with international funds,
your credit card company will automatically convert our prices into your nation's currency at the current exchange rate.

Q. Can I have my order mailed to me?
Yes- simply select Mail Order in the Shipping and Handling dropdown box on the same page where you fill in
your name and address. There is an extra charge that depends on where you are located and what you are ordering.

Yes. If you would rather send us your order information via US Mail or fax, please visit
this page, print
out the order form, and then follow the instructions to fill in the information and send the form
to us.
Q. Will I be able to download my order again in the future?
Yes, your order receipt will contain instructions that explain how you can download your
software again, free of charge, should you need to do so. The process is fully automated
and very simple.

Q. Do your products come with any kind of guarantee?
Because of our generous 14 day trial period we do not allow refunds of software. If you experience problems please contact our support team at support@blazeaudio.com.

Blaze Audio is a division of Singing Electrons, Inc., a Washington-State based audio
software company that has been in business since 1984. Singing Electrons has done work
for such companies as AT&T, Disney Software, Lucasfilm Games, Motorola, Phillips,
QSound, Samsung, Yahoo!, and many others. Our work for these companies has given us
the specialized experience necessary to bring you our consumer product line.
Our original webstore opened at www.singingelectrons.com in 1997, but in January of
2001 we moved our entire consumer software line to the Blaze Audio website. Our new
website features a whole new look, new content, and much improved navigation to help
you find your way.
