Shipping & Handling and Taxes
If you are unable to download software that you have purchased from us, or if you prefer to receive your software in the mail, we will ship it to you on a CD for an additional shipping and handling fee. You choose this option and enter your shipping address in the checkout section of the shopping cart.
We ship via the US postal service both to street addresses and P.O. boxes. We ship most orders within the U.S. by first class mail with delivery confirmation, and outside the U.S. by first class international or priority international if first class is not available. We have found that first class postal service is more reliable than priority service. Our post office is not open on weekends so we only ship on weekdays.
The shipping and handling cost includes both shipping charges and a handling charge. If you only order a CD, even of the free demos, the cost of burning and printing the label on the CD is reflected in the shipping and handling cost. Online downloads have no shipping or handling charges.

Blaze Audio is based in Washington State and sales tax will be added at the current rate to all sales within the state.
