A straightforward interface allows you to profile the noise in your file, then apply the noise profile to the file, removing the noise. Sliders give you complete control over the amount of sound that is removed.

Keep in mind that Record Cleaner and the Noise Reduction Effect only work with RipEditBurn Plus, RipEditBurn, and Wave Creator and are not stand-alone programs.

How does the Noise Remover work?

You select a short section in your audio file which contains only noise (hiss, hum, crackle). The Noise Remover analyzes the noise and creates a Noise Profile that you can save for future use. You select the part (or all) of the audio file that needs to be cleaned, click on the Remove Noise button, and the noise is subtracted from the audio file.

8 noise presets are included with the Noise Reduction Effect. They were created from common noise problems, such as hum, hiss, audience noise, and crackle, encountered when cleaning vinyl, tape and other recordings. They are especially helpful when there are no noisy "silent" places in your recording to sample for noise profiles.

As with all of Blaze Audio's effects, you—not a Wizard—are in control of the features. You choose how much noise will be removed, where it will be applied, and what noise to remove.
